Frank was a member of the Detroit Police Dept. He was on the job for just over 1 yr. He worked out of the 6th Pct. He was shot and killed by a B&E man who was killed by Franks partner. This took place in the area of Michigan Ave & Goldner St. within the city of Detroit. In his short time on the job he had received several citations from the DPD for outstanding work.
